-       Advised a leading shipping company with regards to its establishment and operations in Jeddah.

-       Advised a leading Saudi real estate company with regards to the development of a new project in Makah.

-       Litigated commercial cases related to corporate embezzlement and fraud against a leading and renowned local Saudi company.
