VINCENT DELUCA

Vincent is the former senior Director of International and Comparative Law Programs at Columbia Law School where he managed the Center on Global Governance, the European Legal Studies Center, and the Roger Hertog Program on Law and National Security. He is also the founder of the China Judges Program, a cutting-edge strategic partnership with the People’s Supreme Court of China. In addition, Vincent was the Executive Managing Editor of Columbia Journal of European law, a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam School of Law and a Visiting Professor at the City College of New York. Vincent has also worked as a financial and commercial lawyer for many California-based private sector entities. Vincent’s focus is mainly today on international business transaction and international arbitration.
